The next step
The checked Steam list contains 24 achievements: 18 show their requirements and six are hidden. Use the public checklist below to plan weapon challenges and ending saves. Hidden requirements are not guessed here, and Steam achievements should not be treated as a verified PlayStation trophy list.
Public requirement checklist
Achievement names remain in their original English so they can be matched with the Steam list.

| One More For The Road | Drink Lavendoleum at full health |
| Iron and wax | Defeat Obscuratus with only the Wrench |
| Valiant Little Taylor | Kill 3 Carnitos with one hit |
| De Relictis | Read every page of the Old Book |
| You Can Stop Now | Keep descending the endless corridor |
| SOLVE ET COAGULA | Get Ending 1 |
| MAGNUM OPUS | Get Ending 2 |
| Thinking About Him, huh? | Look at Ivan’s picture 5 times |
| He Just Wanted a Hug | Escape a Vorax into another room before it explodes |
| Butcheress | Defeat the Carnitos without taking a hit |
| Exhaust Pipe | Defeat Fumus with only the pipe |
| Maybe He’s In The Bathroom | Knock on Ivan’s door 10 times |
| Stella Plena | Open all star lockers |
| Wrench Queen | Complete the game with only the Wrench |
Plan incompatible challenges separately
Do not combine a Wrench-only clear with the pipe-only Fumus challenge in the same completion attempt. The Silver Bottle consumes three save points, so decide which route you want before filling it. Keep the Aurifer branch save before choosing a main ending. The checklist states published unlock descriptions; exact hidden thresholds, all star locations and bug-free unlock behavior have not been verified.
